Materials and craftsmanship

◇High-pressure gas leak testing after  the tank is formed, so that the tank has the characteristics of high  strength, stable center of gravity, stable and safe vehicle transportation;

◇The tank body is automatically welded  by gas shielded welding at the welding station to ensure the original quality  of the tank weld seam.

◇The length of the tank is welded with  one-time formed integral longitudinal beams to ensure the strength of the tank.

◇Carry out overall shot peening  process to eliminate weld stress and remove overall rust.
